Retina Center Northwest
Dr. Schneiderman started Retina Center Northwest in Silverdale, WA., April 2001 and a few months later opened another office in Sequim, WA. He had the idea that all patients should not only get the best care when visiting their doctor but also the best service. By 2005, he decided that he didn't want to compromise the care of his patients because of the number of patients who needed to be seen, but he didn't just want anyone. August 2005 Dr Spinak joined the practice and added great enthusiasm for the Retina Center Northwest ideals. With the advancement of technology and treatment options for their patients they again found themselves in need of another great provider, June 2010 Dr O'Malley joined the practice. They all continue to provide the best of care along with great customer service, insisting on spending the time necessary to meet each patient's needs.
Dr.’s Scheiderman, O’Malley and Spinak are Ophthalmologists who are fellowship trained in Vitreoretinal Diseases and Surgery. They treat age-related macular degneration, diabetic retinopathy, ocular trauma and tumors, macular holes, epiretinal membranes, dislocated lenses, and inflammatory & infectious diseases.
For general eyecare services, such as prescriptions for glasses, they recommend you visit your local ophthalmologist or optometrist.
They actively participate in national studies and medical seminars to stay at the forefront of surgical breakthroughs, new technology and cutting-edge medical treatments.
Retina Center NW has been dedicated over the past nearly 20 to offer to our patients the opportunity to participate in clinical trials to advance our understand and treatment of vitreoretinal diseases.

Subsequent appointments are usually completed within 60 or 75 minutes depending, again, on what testing and treatments are necessary. Of course, emergency patients are frequently treated during the day and delays can occur. We try to communicate any delays in the clinic with our patients and we appreciate everyones patience.
